Independent care for short times
(minimum 3-4 hours, no housekeeping)
Last minute placement in 2-3 days depending on location
Less experienced but qualified
Parent Helper: Basic help under parent's watch
Au Pair: Lives with family, cultural exchange (may have less experience)
Full childcare (meals, activities, housekeeping, etc.)
Newborn Care Specialist: Infant care (0-3 months)
Specialty Nanny: Advanced skills (special needs, education, etc.)
Family Assistant Nanny: Childcare + household tasks (cleaning, errands, appointments, etc.)
